Miranda played the viola with the band Jabadaw, pictured here at Ealing Town Hall, London, where they were providing English and French dance music for Bastille Day celebrations in 2001. She is now training to be a music teacher, as part of a very welcome initiative to bring folk and jazz musicians into the school classroom.
